The email asking for the review was poor, it assumes it was a completely positive experience, and rather than asking for honest feedback (to do better) it only asks for positive feedback. Very Poor.

For the record I thought the price was expensive, but as I was on holiday I was happy to pay the extra for the convenience. The 'salesman' was very pushy about the cleaning service, the watch was in a 'very poor state' so he will throw in a half price clean for me. He then immediately asked for payment! When I told him I didn't want it cleaned he was visibly irritated (as was I, as he never actually asked if I wanted it) and said he would need to 're-enter the order on the system now.'
Overall the 1 hour service was good, though pricey. The salesman was rude (Brent Cross, London).
