Was greeted with a warm smile at the Chester Store, when I asked about my Gucci watch, they could fix it there and then, it needed a new strap and a good clean. The cost for the fix was very reasonable, the watch afterwards looked new and the price was much cheaper than the local High Street Jewellers. Customer service was perfect, would highly recommend for customer service, price , knowledge and a great finished product.
