Lakeside branch. My watch has separate batteries for analogue and digital. I needed a replacement for the digital battery. They charged me £29.95. When I came to collect it they said 'a fault had become apparent' in the digital part and no longer worked. I could pay for them to send it off for repair and come all the way back to Lakeside to collect some weeks later, or they could take the new batteries out and they'd refund the £30.
To be honest, if I'd wanted my watch broken I could have broken it myself without having a 'professional' do it. So now I have a watch that doesn't tell the time digitally or by analogue.
I will not go near them again and advise others not to also.
