I attempted to get battery replacement for my Emporio Armani watch from Ernest Jones in Southampton (where I bought the watch). The watch was sent away, but I was subsequently contacted to say that they were now unable to provide this service. Your branch in West Quay shopping centre was recommended to me by a friend. They told me the battery could be replaced within 1 hour - which was achieved - and the cost was £15 less than I had been quoted by Ernest Jones. Very pleased indeed with the service, and I will certainly use The Watch Lab again - as and when I need assistance.
