I needed a battery for my Accurist but the local watchmaker couldn't get the back off. Later I tried a well-known highstreet jeweller to no avail, then while in Chester some time later I came across The Watch Lab. They claimed they were THE BEST and could swap ANY battery. WELL thats what I wanted to hear and although a bit pricey I thought it worth a try as they guaranteed they would be successful and it would carry a two year warranty. I handed over my watch and while I was filling in the repair slip one of the operatives announced that he had already changed the battery and was evacuating it before sealing it which would take about half an hour . Success at last thank goodness for The Watch Lab.
