I took my Tag watch for a change of battery. When I returned an hour later, I was told that the technician, while taking the back off my watch, had short circuited the electrics in my watch. He then said that it would have to be sent to their Lab and would be back within eight weeks. At no time was there an explanation or apology. I was given a receipt for my watch being sent to the Lab. Strangely I had to ask for the serial number to be recorded on the receipt. I left feeling troubled and not at all happy with the outcome of a quick change of battery. IF YOU HAVE A DECENT WATCH BE AWARE THAT THIS COULD HAPPEN.
