The battery replacement on my Tag Heuer was excellent and it was highlighted that the previous service hadn't even sealed the watch after battery replacement, luckily I don't use it in water. Steve took great pride in his work and promoting the company. My wife has a Cartier and she will be taking it to the Watch Labs when it needs battery replacement or a full service. BRILLIANT!
