The member was rude. speak down to me. impatient his tone and attitude was like he was the owner of the shop and I was a nuisance. Went there to collect a watch that was repaired and it needed a couple of links off - He was over the top with the price £14.99. so expensive. My friend also wanted the same done to her watch but did not bother after hearing him speak. I was sent there by the Watch Shop when I bought a new Armani watch from them. the Watch Shop should look into this. Brent Cross branch.
