Very helpful staff. We thought that the watch could not be repaired as batteries lost their life so quickly. I bought it for my husband for our silver wedding and we have just had our ruby. Nevertheless they advised that it was a good quality watch worth repairing. Set price, but when we picked it up they said that all working parts had been replaced and it was now a new watch inside. No extras, no hidden costs.
