I visited the Nottingham branch to have batteries changed on a couple of watches , one of which needed resealing . I must admit to being somewhat cynical of the quoted 1 hour turnaround but they were as good as their word and the watches were ready and waiting for me at the end of the hour . Excellent personable service !
