I had a problem with my initial purchase (picked the wrong size) but wsc went out of there to way to help fix this, they managed to amend the order with an hour before shipping and there was no delays. The actual product is great, a nice premium watch strap that fits both my watch andwrist perfectly. Very well packaged and very premium. Thanks!
