I have emailed the company as the hoverboard was shipped out late even after i phoned them to confirm all details and i paid extra for fast shipping they have told me i would get a refund and a skin cover as goodwill i still dont have any of this a week later aslo emailed them about asking to return the product as it just vibrates and throwa my daughter off it but i have had my daughter on three others now which shes fine on so it must be a fault with the board i will be phoning my bank to with draw funds if not allowed to return this faulty product i have had zero response from the company would not recommend.
