I contacted the Wimbledon shop in good faith after my keyring broke - it wasn’t cheap but the quality was very poor. They requested a bank statement showing the transaction which I sent, then demanded full card details, including security code and time of transaction?! Most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced and all I wanted was a replacement for a £10 keyring, their excessive demands are designed to stop you getting anything back, appalling! Then I’ve seen the rest of the poor reviews on here!
