I was advised to write a letter requesting a refund and for a reply within 10 days or I'ok take further action. Will send via recorded delivery so I know they get it. Address is Manor Road, Carrington, Bedfordshire LU1 4EE
Also rang bank and should be getting my money back through them. However also paid via Visa gift cards and they're being less helpful and helping to retrieve my money. Rang insolvency number and they do not know of this company so they're not bankrupt as yet. Anyone else done anything different?
