Do not use this company. The Alloy Wheel Clinic needs avoiding to prevent enormous disappointment, for endless reasons including the following points: - They do not book your job into the diary - They do not open on time - They do not remember the price quoted prior to your arrival - They do not answer the phone or respond to multiple voicemails - They do not honour timescales quoted for job completion - They chipped both of the wheels they worked on - They left 9 out of 10 bolt covers on the bonnet which flew off when I drove away having forgotten to fit them - They lost 1 bolt cover - They lost 1 valve cap - The costly wheel straightening service was rushed and failed, the wheels are worse than before and remain buckled - They did not add new weights to either wheel as promised at the outset - Upon returning to the site to search for the missing items, I was blanked - A chargeback is now underway with the bank to recover funds paid - Further reviews scheduled to warn others
