Over the weekend, I had a major issue since I was not able to use Ensign Charting Software with the Best Traders facility any longer, something that worried me a lot, entering into this busy FOMC week, as I was not able to view my charts. I want to mention that taking the Pivot King course has improved greatly my trading results and being part of the best trading community is the real deal. I just wanted to share here how helpful the Ensign support was. They took care of my issue first thing in the morning before market opens, as I was able to speak quickly to a skillful support person. Another charting platform company would most likely have responded to a ticket via email. The issue by the way had nothing to do with Ensign but rather with my new firewall, that my IT support guy recently installed. Paul from the Ensign support team was extremely helpful and very effective in finding what the issue was. He connected to my PC and was quickly able to narrow down the problem to my firewall. Not many charting platforms provide a phone number for support that is easily reachable. Ensign Software is one of the few charting platforms that has a customer support phone number, with very skilled people being able to answer you. Even if the issue was not directly linked to their software, they had the right judgment call. Fantastic customer support. Thank you Ensign: fantastic help from Paul!
