The original dress I had rented ended up being damaged and I had to come choose another dress to rent. I was notified via email the day before I was to pick up the dress. Thank goodness I had checked my email! I think a phone call regarding this urgent matter was warranted. In the end, the dress we ended up with worked out great. But the last minute notification caused a lot of stress. The variety of dresses is extensive and I would rent from the Borrowed Boutique again.
