Emma has definitely helped make my sessions all the more special for my clients and is always a pleasure to work with. The one time I've had any issue at all she was very quick to take steps in seeing the problem corrected and better educate her staff to prevent any future concerns. I just placed my 8th order in 4 months and have plans to rent again in the next couple of weeks!
