I ordered just before the cut off to have next day delivery. I was helped in making my final order via their website chat. My order was processed and great communication post ordering- even forgot to apply the discount but was given it when I asked. Delivery on expected date looked like it won't arrive due to mailing delays but I was able to communicate with Emily @ The Cake Shop who was very supportive and replied my every query. She communicated with me right up until the time the delivery was confirmed. I was able to get my order just in time and the support and genuine help was fantastic.
