I ve given 3 stars because the gentleman Paul who i spoke to and had most dealings with was extremely professional, helpful , honest and the communication was good initially. They seemed very reliable and one of the few companies who can offer a guaranteed price. I also spoke with Richard who was very helpful and honest. Unfortunately, a date was given to me for collection and after this communication had completely stopped. As i d had no confirmation i had to call at 4 pm the day before, only to be informed the earliest date available was 5 days later. Time off work had been arranged and other plans had been put aside to prioritise this, and i believe i would not have even been informed had i not chased this up myself. Really disappointing in the end, as i d preferred this company to several others.
