Penalizes industry smart, well versed, active agents/brokers, that know the answers due to experience, years in the business, and their commitment to adhering to licensing law and regulations. Forcing someone to sit with their hand on the mouse or trackpad to “serve time” is absurd and antiquated. Me and my agents have decided we will gladly sit in a classroom next renewal period.
