I use your product for every renewal period and have always found it to be a great program. The instruction is well written and easy to follow. The only thing that I found this year that was troublesome was with the quizzes. Sometimes the correct answer was marked incorrect. It's not a big deal but it happened several times in the individual classes. Since we aren't graded on those, I let it go but you may want to check on that. Thank you for the excellent product!!
