Technician Nate arrived, inspected our fireplace and chimney, and provided us with a detailed breakdown of the cleaning process, items he found during the inspection, and advised us of the options available with an email summary and pictures. We needed to have a chimney cap installed and he took care of it for us. Everything went as expected and we’re happy knowing our fireplace is functional along with some items down the line we should take care of. Nate was very detailed and even mentioned we should monitor our tree out in front and trim it back to give the chimney more clearance. I have to add he did all this with the snow coming down heavy!!! We’ll definitely use their service again!
