Scheduled an appt to have our gas fireplace serviced - routine maintenance and cleaning. Easy to set up an appt with the office staff. Was given a call the day before to confirm. Received a call when Mark was on his way over to our home. We were extremely pleased with the service Mark R provided. Thoroughly explained our unit (we moved in during 2020), professionally cleaned and serviced what needed to be taken care of and gave us ideas for future heating needs. I have no doubt that we will be using their services again. Most likely, to replace our unit and install a new gas fireplace. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and this company. Our son and daughter-in-law used this company to convert from a wood burning to a gas fireplace and they did an EXCEPTIONAL job. The entire family was able to enjoy it during the holidays.
