I had a fantastic customer experience!! I received a reminder call the day before, a 10-minute heads-up before arrival from Mark R who did the work and an excellent job was done!!
Mark explained what he would be doing, and kept me updated on his progress.
At the end of the work, he explained what he did and educated me on what to look out for.
I received a VERY detailed 4 page report of what was done including before and after pictures.
I have signed up for an annual review and cleaning with Chimney pros and highly recommend them.
