We had some remodeling work done and had our gas insert fireplace moved. We wanted the fireplace professionally inspected and cleaned. From the start Mark was awesome, so friendly and hugely informative. Mark shared every step of the process, explaining important details about the safe and efficient operation of our fireplace. The fireplace now starts every time with great looking flames and embers. Testing for carbon monoxide makes us feel safe running it for those cold winter evenings. We will definitely hire Mark and CSA again.
