The kind lady on the phone gave me their first open appointment, which was a couple weeks out, but I understand everyone is busy. When they had an opening due to a cancellation she gave me a call and got me in much sooner. Mark gave me a call when he was on his way, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. He laid out what was going on with my gas fireplace and all the options to keep it going, from a 0$ option using parts I already had but were going to fail at some point, to options he could sell me that would fix it and keep it going longer. I opted for the new parts and now the fireplace runs better than ever! I appreciated his honesty and that he was not trying to push a sale on me and was instead letting me know my options so I gladly just bought the new parts from him. Great work.
