I had a small chimney fire that damaged my chimney liner. Mark and the rest of the team with Chimney Sweeps did a fantastic job helping me work through an insurance claim and then replacing my liner and installing a wood insert in my fireplace. After the installation was complete Mark spent about 2 hours with me getting the first fire set up and showing me everything there is to know about my new insert and how to properly and safely operate it. The only complaint that I have is that I had to wait 6 weeks to get the insert installed based on their workload. Small wait aside, I would recommend this company to everyone I know that has anything from a yearly inspection/cleaning, to a full chimney re-line. Great people, and great company!
