I cannot say enough positive things about Mark and the service that they've provided. Very thorough, and generous with his time. He made certain that I felt comfortable with the operation and maintenance of the fireplace, and explained even the smallest of details clearly. It was a great experience dealing with this company from start to finish and I HIGHLY recommend them.
