Worked with Chimney Oros last summer to clean up and repair an old gas fireplace. The booking process was so thorough and every step was explained well to me.
At the appointment, our service person was very professional and courteous and respectful of our space. He explained what he was looking at, showed me how to care for it, and even left before/after photos with the receipt.
I was very happy with how thorough and helpful everyone was. Our fireplace has worked beautifully and looks beautiful, too!
