Mark was great! He came and inspected our fireplace as we have a gas insert we had never turned on since buying the home and wanted to make sure everything was ok. Turns out the previous owners had done it completely wrong and using our fireplace as is could burn down our home! Mark did a great job explaining the situation and what our options were going forward. We were so grateful for his expertise and he was so kind, knowledge, and professional! We will definitely use this company in the future when we're ready to make the needed repairs. :)
