Nate came by to inspect our fireplace to determine if it is safe to use and if so, clean it. Knowing full well that he’d make more money if he told us we could use the fireplace, he did not! He patiently explained to me why it would be unsafe to use our fireplace and what steps (full replacement) would be required for its safe use. He also explained why the additional cost of cleaning was not necessary if we weren’t intending to use it. Helpful, quick, honest and professional. I’d definitely recommend!
