Jon and his team were great throughout our experience. He quickly diagnosed our problem and then gave us several options in varying cost ranges. The install was efficient and he and his team left the space in better condition then how they found it. In researching our project, I interviewed several chimney experts for the work. Jon was by far the most personable and at no point did I feel like he was “pitching” a high cost solution in lieu of another. My only hesitation in hiring this company was that CSA is an big organization with locations all around the country and I prefer to spend dollars with local contractors. Upon learning more about CSA of Colorado, I found that Jon is in fact a sole proprietor that takes the time to service each customer according to their individual needs. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to hire CSA and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair priced and professional applied solution.
