Overall, Chimney Pros (and Mark specifically) did an excellent job. They were professional and clean. They had great suggestions for how to get an insert to fit well inside the existing fireplace without changing what was there. And the insert is beautiful. Mark sat down and told me everything I need to know about how to light good fires in it. He also answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fireplace installation or maintenance!
