Mark came out to check my fireplace because it had been a long LONG time since I’d had it cleaned. He was right on time and was absolutely delightful to meet. Not only does my fireplace look brand new, he spent time explaining how it works, what kinds of things to do if it won’t stay lit, how to adjust the flames and all sorts of things I didn’t know. Great experience all around, I recommend without hesitation!
