Booking the appointment was quick and easy. They were in contact every step up until appointment date, even sending an email that morning with the information of the technician coming. Kephra came out and did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting my pellet stove. Went above and beyond getting pellets from the backyard storage to start the stove and make sure it was running properly before he left. Very positive experience!
