I got a chimney inspection and cleaning as well as recommendations for repairs. Service was excellent. Kephra was very polite. Very informative. And took the time to thoroughly explain issues with my chimney with me. He was also upfront about the different solutions for the issue as well as the costs for the repair. He also cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished. The repairs are on the expensive end (5-7k depending on what I choose to do), but “knowledge is power,” as they say, and I feel informed to make the best decision going forward in whatever direction I wind up taking thanks to his help.
