Don't usually post reviews. Had a woodstove insert installed in 2018, have had it cleaned every year therafter including this one. My appointments are easy to schedule, get moved up if another client cancels, and are preceded by multiple reminders and a notification telling me whom to expect for the service. Service has always been on time, staff were always respectful of my house, and I am confident the cleaning and inspection work was thorough. Got useful feedback on performance of stove/buildup in chimney/quality of firewood. Most recent service with Larry C. was especially speedy, with a 2 man crew.
