Our technician, Kephra, contacted us early in the day to tell us that he was running late from another job and we really appreciated that communication. While here, he was courteous and efficient. Kephra discovered several problems while cleaning the chimney and explained each one clearly. He even suggested prioritizing the work to get done what is most urgent first. We received email estimates and photographs immediately. I would most definitely recommend Chimney pros based on today’s appointment.
