Excellent service, starting from scheduling - Debbie kept working with our schedule. They are always available by email, phone or text. Very courteous, friendly and professional - no matter how many questions I had. Kept us in the loop about schedule, date, time over email and text. Debbie even reached out before our scheduled cleanup if slots were open. The service was excellent. They arrived on time, laid out cloth so as not to dirty the floors. The clean up was thorough - the fireplace looks new! They answered a lot of our questions on firewood, hearths, mantlepieces. It is so refreshing to work with people who are friendly, knowledgable, courteous and who do not rush you. Paid right there with my credit card - the invoice has all kinds of details about our fireplace - things we did not even know about! Highly recommend.
