Entirely professional, knowledgeable -- extremely competent about all things related to the chimney, liners, fireplace insert, and, also very pleasant. Their work was done efficiently, and the areas were left completely clean. I was actually quite thrilled that they were able to fit us in on short notice (but while understanding that might not always be the case). I can't recommend Chimney Pros nearly enough. My husband and I were super-impressed.
