The second time a specialist arrived and walked across my beige carpet in dirty shoes. After inspection he said that the chimney was clean, but the pipe from the stove needed to be cleaned. About $500. After communication with manager he told it cost $299. This is a 2 ft long pipe. Don't waste your time and money with this `specialists`
