Well, I bought a Groupon for $80 to try out this company. It was for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. In the end, service cost me $400 and counting. The tech broke broke my step when he was pulling in machine or taking it out. My step is almost completely detached from my porch. He didn't tell me and I found out the next day when I almost broke my ankle leaving the house. Contacted them 2x in the last week and I have heard nothing.
