Showed up and acted like they were there for inspection. I told them they were there to clean the chimney. They had a pickup truck with no ladder. They said they would clean my chimney from inside my house. Then when I said no one has ever done it that way they said they needed to do a deep clean because it must have been a long time since the last clean. The chimney had been cleaned every year. They advertised 99$ chimney clean but tried to charge 600$ for a deep clean with no ladder to get on my roof. I didn’t even see a vacuum. Total scam. DO NOT CALL!
