This company is a scam. Showed up for an "inspection" (I scheduled cleaning) 2.5 hours late. When he did, the $125 cleaning was changed to a $600 due to deep levels of creosote. Said it would take 1.5-2 hours to clean, which was time for normal clean. Then continued to try to sell me on $1900 of additional work. Yes, some of the work I'm sure will be necessary in future, but 4x my initial cleaning after showing up and then charging for an inspection is absolutely ridiculous and scammy.
