I was quoted on the phone a price for inspection but if I had a "cleaning" then the inspection would be free. The technician arrived in an unmarked vehicle with no company logo on his attire. He immediately told me I needed a "deep" clean for $299 and that the inspection would not be waived. He then said I needed additional pointing around my firebricks. I said that I would not pay for the inspection as promised nor did I want the deep clean. He said ok and began unpacking his tools. I had to run to another part of the house and about 5 minutes later I came back to check on him. He was gone! No good bye, nothing, just left. When I tried to find out what was going on, they refused to answer my calls. Horrible service, zero professionalism, and absolute scam with the "bait and switch" technique. Stay away from this company!!!!
