It took them almost 2 years to clean out our fireplace. They didn’t show for numerous booked appointment (at least 5 times) without a phone call. The time they did come out we advised them to bring an extra large ladder. Each time they came out they never brought an extra large ladder, so we had to reschedule. I would NEVER use chimney Pros again. Horrible customer service!
