I waited 3 months for the hose to arrive. The day I received it, it fell apart after using it for 5 minutes (the end of the hose burst off in my hands while I was watering my lawn). I contacted clevhouse for a refund. I was asked for a picture (no mention of the return policy at this time!) I sent a picture and then Jinnie tells me I can't get a refund because the product was delivered more than 48 hours ago?!? What kind of return policy is that? No where in any of the correspondence does it say that is the return policy! It isn't listed on the website. It didn't list that inside the package. Not only is this policy set up to prevent customers from being able to rightfully return items, it is a hidden from the customer. Get this "business" out of business!
