This is the second time I’ve experienced poor service from The Courier Guy. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, 12 March 2025. After calling on Thursday, I was told it would be delivered on Friday. On Friday morning, I was assured it would arrive by 14:00. However, when I called again at 15:30 and was put on hold for almost 30 minutes, I was then informed that the delivery would now only happen on Monday next week.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I’m extremely frustrated by the continuous delays and lack of proper communication.
