They suck big time, avoid at all costs, they say they have a policy that if you received the package with damage, they will re-distribute, they don’t, they say the driver when delivering will call you, they don’t, payed 250.00 canadian dollars for a framed picture, and the delivery driver did not buzz our apartment, did not call our phone (policy clearly not followed) and handed my paid for item over to a complete stranger, when I e-mailed the company to send a replacement ( company policy ) I was ignored, can’t get an answer to what they will do for me. So I am ripped off, ABSOLUTELY the worst company to deal with,
